1 - Notarization fee - $30 per signature - This includes local travel fee in Nolensville, TN and immediately surrounding areas.
2 - Additional travel fees may be applicable for further travel. (See areas below and contact me for a quote!).

3 - Real estate loan signing, notarization and travel services are a flat rate and are determined through the title/escrow company. Contact us for more information.
4 - All fees are due at time of service.
5 - Acceptable payment methods are cash, Venmo, and checks (if less than $100).
