Wendy's Mobile Notary is a certified Notary Loan Signing Agent. I have completed the NSA Certification and have passed my required background screening. I carry my own E/O insurance and am fully bonded for all loan transactions.
Coordinating with your title/escrow company, I can print, prepare and bring all of the required loan closing documents to your loan closing. This can be completed anywhere that is comfortable for you; home, office, or anywhere else you prefer. I will also drop off the completed documents with your title/escrow office after the closing is completed.
