Q: Can you come to an area in Middle Tennessee not listed in your locations?
A: Absolutely yes! Please call, text or email me directly to discuss.
Q: What happens if there is a problem with the completed notarization?
A: I take a lot of pride in my work, so if something is not done correctly the first time, I will fix the problem as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
Q: Are you licensed and bonded with the State of Tennessee?
A: I absolutely am fully licensed, bonded, and carry full errors and omissions insurance. My commission (notary license) is up for renewal on Sept. 19, 2027.
Q: What kind of payments to you accept?
A: I accept cash, Venmo, and checks under $100.00.
Q: Can a Tennessee Notary Public serve as a witness and a Notary Public?
A: It is not recommended and may even be improper for a Tennessee Notary Public to serve as a witness. In cases where a document must be witnessed and notarized, the Notary may serve as either a witness OR as a Notary, but not both.
